Sri Modugu //She….// A life of seclusion filled with pain living a life with nothing to gain. Surrounded by obscurity Astounded with shame. Without concord with no one to blame….. Do you know of a place A place unseen that holds only traumatized dreams, Filled with sorrow with no end in sight, A place without hope or comforting dreams It is so stony, this is the place I call my soul…. Do you know of a life A life not worth living wouldn't it seem That should have never been The feeling that today One more day of sadness is much too hard to bare, tired of living a life of heart ache and despair….. Do you know a person with so much pain inside The feeling of solitude when no one hears the cry Maybe when the tears are gone, Can evidently see The only question left will be DO YOU KNOW ME ….?
